Sweetbird Liquid Frappé & Granita Base is a versatile, professional-grade base designed for creating thick, smooth frappés and refreshing, ice-cold granitas with ease. As part of the Sweetbird range we supply, this base is fully compatible with other Sweetbird products, including fruit purées, smoothies, and both classic and creative Sweetbird syrups.

Its neutral flavour profile allows added ingredients to shine, while delivering a silky, well-balanced texture in every drink. Requiring only 20 ml (two pumps) to prepare a 12 oz frappé or granita, it offers excellent cost efficiency and consistency for high-volume operations.

Ideal for cafés, coffee shops, and beverage professionals, this base works perfectly with espresso and non-dairy milk to create a signature house frappé. In line with Sweetbird standards, it is Vegan Society approved, making it suitable for vegan and lactose-free menus.

For accurate and consistent dosing, the use of the Sweetbird Liquid Frappé & Granita Base pump (10 ml per pump) is recommended.
